TOPIC: REENGINEERING THE DEPARTMENT STORE

Reengineering the department store is necessary to respond to new demand drivers (peer experience, social retail…), to take new approaches to availability (speed, access, inventory management decisions…) and to rethink how we serve the needs and new behaviours of customers (price, quality, convenience, service, values…).

Thursday 21th November 2019 will be dedicated to the IADS General Assembly followed by a programme including workshop and member presentations followed by a store visit and a dinner.

Friday 22th November 2019 is keynote speakers and discussions.
