This meeting, the second of the year, has been the opportunity for all IADS members to gather virtually and update each other on their respective situation. We were also pleased to invite Almacenes De Prati (Ecuador) and Almaces Siman (El Salvador) to join the roundtable, as our mission is to gather and spread information and knowledge. This meeting was organised over 2 video sessions of 2 hours each.

You will also find below the recap of Day 2, as we had the pleasure to welcome Marc-André Kamel from Bain & Co, who gave a comprehensive understanding of where the department stores are, and where they are heading in the near future.
