We have thoughtfully created the meeting program, with the following goals:


  • Have a deep understanding of the transformative journey taken by Chalhoub Group thanks to visits and exchanges with top executives
  • Gather a set of guest speakers on the topics of Talents (attraction and retention), Retail Media, Logistics and last mile, Loyalty, and Transformation. We are moving at full speed on that part.

If you can not join physically, we will organize a hybrid session to include distant CEOs on the 22nd of April, 4pm Paris time, for 2h.

Beyond crafting strategies, Lalit finds fulfillment in leading, building and inspiring teams to achieve peak performance. Massimo Volpe, CEO, Retail Hub


Massimo Volpe has almost twenty years of experience in International Retail organizations, learning and innovation. POPAI Italian country manager in 2007, He became Director for the European office in 2012, and Global VP In 2014. In 2015, he moved to New York and took the role of Chairman of the international office of the National Retail federation (the American retail association).


In 2020 He founded Retail Hub, the first A.I. platform dedicated to help retail tech startups on their way to become Scale-ups and Unicorns. In addition, he is a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Open Voice Commerce Commission and lecturer at Bocconi University and UCL college of London. Awarded as one of the top 100 retail Influencers, he is currently based between New York and London, but you can easily meet him in airports, on his way to study and test the latest Retail technology and trends somewhere around the world.



Helen Lambert Kennedy, CEO, Retail Hub


A former advertising director at ELLE international, Helen Lambert established The Style Pulse parent, Lambert + Associates in 2005. Past and present clients range from Kering to DFS, Harvey Nichols, Lane Crawford Group, NEXT, John Lewis to other leading luxury department stores across the US.


Launched in 2018, the Style Pulse is a curated B2B knowledge base, empowering retailers to access the best independent labels across fashion and lifestyle globally. They help their members cut through the noise and discover quality brands, all in one place and with all the requisite information to make informed decisions that add value to their business. To protect their brands, the service is by invitation only. Helen is an Irish expat based in France with a passion for craftsmanship and creativity. In 2019 she published her first book, "Unique Pieces" spotlighting the metiers of 21 creatives across the disciplines of art, design and jewelery.



Lynn Al Khatib, Vice-President of Communications, Chalhoub Group


Lynn brings over 18 years of corporate and brand communication experience. She specializes in building corporate brand strategies, crisis management, and stakeholder relationships.

Lynn joined Chalhoub Group in 2021 after a successful tenure at Nestlé, where she led Middle East Corporate Communication, establishing robust internal and external communication channels. Her global experience as the Global Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Communication Manager at Nestlé S.A. in Switzerland enriched her skills in bridging corporate, scientific, and consumer communication.


Beyond her professional endeavors, Lynn is an accomplished professional moderator, podcaster, interviewer, and presenter. She collaborates with leaders on their thought leadership, personal branding, and media training. Additionally, she is a passionate advocate for Women in Leadership and a dedicated mother of two.



Elena Magazeeva, Fashion Intelligence Manager, Chalhoub Group


Elena Magazeeva is Fashion Intelligence Manager at Chalhoub Group. Elena is responsible for retail audit of the GCC high-end fashion market, providing insights on retail trends and market dynamics. She was previously Senior Market Intelligence Manager at LVMH in Moscow.



Shawn Davey, Director of Creative, Chalhoub Group


With over 17 years of expertise in omni-channel luxury fashion and branding, he specializes in harnessing the full potential of expansive, multi-disciplinary creative teams across campaigns, content, and e-commerce studios. Shawn led the creation of 'One Studio,' a state-of-the-art creative hub providing top-notch localized solutions for Chalhoub Group-owned and partner brands in the GCC region. This initiative supports the Group's E-commerce expansion, with Shawn leading the design and execution of a dedicated studio and centralizing the content team at the new One Studio Campus.


Prior to this, Shawn served as Head of Art Direction at Selfridges&Co, overseeing a team of 60+ creatives. Originally from London, Shawn began his career in design and fine art, with his work exhibited at the Reykjavík Art Museum as part of the Serpentine Galleries touring exhibition. Later, as Art Director for The Outnet at YOOX Net-a-Porter group, he directed photoshoots, graphic design, UI, and video content.


Shawn's unassuming, super creative and thoughtful approach has been acknowledged in his many career achievements, including being awarded a Gold Clio award for his social media campaign work.



Rani Nasr, General Manager of E-commerce, Level Shoes


Rani is the General Manager of E-commerce at Level Shoes, a globally recognized retail concept and destination dedicated to the world of designer footwear and accessories. He manages the e-commerce business across the region and internationally, with a strong focus on driving and growing the omnichannel capabilities. With over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, digital and retail, Rani has led multi-national ventures for major retailers across Europe and the MENA region.


He moved to Dubai in 2015 to join the Chalhoub Group, a leading partner for luxury across the Middle East. As part of the Group's Digital Transformation initiative 'Shift', Rani developed the Group's online portfolio and contributed to building the digital commerce community.
