PROGRAM

We have thoughtfully created the meeting program, with the following goals:

  • Have a deep understanding of the transformative journey taken by El Palacio de Hierro since 2019 thanks to visits and exchanges with top executives
  • Gather a set of guest speakers (from Mexico and abroad) on the topics of Talents (attraction and retention), Retail Media, Logistics and last mile, Loyalty, and Transformation. We are moving at full speed on that part.
