IADS Operations Meeting #6: Marketing Directors

This meeting's topic is Marketing.
The IADS meetings are designed to maximise exchanges. To that end, we also kindly ask you to:
• Prepare a 10-minute presentation that participants will present during the first part of the meeting. The goal of the presentation is twofold: to update/inform other participants on the state of your marketing strategy and/or initiatives and also to trigger questions. The presentation can be either on your current priorities, or the strategy, or a new initiative, or a success, or a specific challenge, etc. Presentations should not exceed 10 minutes to allocate enough time for the group discussion during the second part of the meeting.
• Prepare the questions and topics you would like to discuss with your peers during the group discussion (second part of the meeting).
