•    Where do you currently stand in the company sustainability journey: current strategies and initiatives (initiatives can include the product offer, facility management, supply chain, reverse logistics, innovations you might develop through partnerships with start-up companies to offer more sustainable practices)

•    What are the key challenges you're currently facing?

•    What are your CSR strategic priorities for the next 2-5 years?

•    Successes and mistakes you experienced in improving cost-efficiency, revenue, profitability, foot traffic, customer perception

•    Are there any changes in your CSR department when it comes to organisation and headcounts?

•    When it comes to sustainability, do you have any exchange with other companies, business partners, suppliers or competitors?
