Private Labels: organisation and sustainability
Private labels are an essential part of the business for several IADS members. They provide appreciable margin levels, customers' loyalty, and a sense of identification for the department store. Furthermore, they proved resilient during the Covid-19 pandemic and many members of the IADS have expressed their will to strengthen this part of the business. We performed during this meeting to a panorama of IADS members' best practices, new initiatives and ideas, with a focus on sustainability, to foster a fruitful exchange.
